elevation artwork, Ink perspective renderings, full color
perspective renderings and full color, textured 3D computer
generated models with as many views as required.

Computer Models:
Fee: $ .40/SF (free with custom design process)
(for average complication, some homes may be simpler, some
more complicated and thus more expensive.)

With the aid of computer technology we can create a 3D
model of your home and generate views from any angle, study
shadows by actual latitude and longitude specifications for
any time of the day. |

Numerous views can be easily generated to
explore any facet of the home.... including animated
presentations. |
|
Material combinations and colors can easily be
substituted as well as foliage to create a realistic image for
marketing or just to better see what the home will look like
before its constructed.
And all for a single fee... what an excellent way to
study a design!

Color perspective renderings:
Fee: $1000
Each home is constructed on the computer to discover the most
dynamic view possible and then constructed in ink and colored
with markers. |

Ink line perspective
renderings:
Fee: $750
Constructed on the computer as above, without the color
markers... |

Front elevation rendering:
Fee: $ 200 (for average size home)
Fee: $ 275 (for larger home)
Created by overlaying a working drawing elevation, trees
and shadows added in a pleasingly sketchy vignette. |

Floor plan artwork:
Fee: $ 75 (from CAD file)
Fee: $ 150(overlay of 1/4" plan)
Floor plans can be created using CAD files where we simply
eliminate the detail information, shade the walls, add
landscape and room names/sizes. |
